Saving...
yours and thats hard to do once these wolves have had a taste of them because they recognize your cookies as masterpieces of culinary art. It is nice and warm here again daytimes but is it cold nights I go on at six in the morning now. Our ship has been having a tempermental streak again, just little things but they keep it on the ground. Saw a good movie this afternoon "Silver Queen" dont think you'd like it, it was an adventure story of San Francisco and the west in an early day. The costumes and horse drawn carriages etc were quite interesting Ill raze these hoosiers I have in my barracks about inefficiency in the state house because you cant get a birth certificate So you had to do your own washing this week I can sympathize with you. If there isn't a special soldiers rate on the Readers Digest dont bother with it as I can get it at the P.X and dont have to wonder about the mail service. I have been getting the [Union?] lately but when I change addresses it takes it a long time to catch up with me. We will change soon too.
