Saving...
April 13, 1943 Pocatello, Idaho Dear Dad & Mom: Ill use some of my G.I. writing paper again tonight have almost a full tablet of it left and Ill use it up. Got two letters from Tucson today one from you and one from the Dibbles. Today has been uneventful, didnt fly our plane today as we are waiting for parts to be flown in from Tucson, they got here tonight so I expect it will fly tomorrow. It has been a grand day, very warm and the sun shone all day. I helped rake down an area which they are getting ready to see down. We are always lucky in hitting a camp which needs cleaning and fixing up. They put rocks around all areas gravel the walks & fill & see the areas in between It looks nice anyhow and I enjoyed the work for a change. Soil is full of little nigger heads and very dry but perhaps grass will take if it is well watered. Got the papers in this evenings
