113 It can know no excess, the more you love them, the more you will be fitted to love the God who gave them to you. I love virtuous woman. A Mother cherishes & corrects us. A Sister consults & counsels us, A Sweetheart coquetts and charms us, A Wife comforts & confides in us. Without her what would become of us. Men love women for their natures, not their accomplishments, for their warm feelings, strong sympathies, gentle hearts, and fond dispositions. Trials and aflictions are mercies in disguise the Almighty loveth those whom he chasteneth & scourgeth evry son, he recieveth; The habit of resistance to trifling sins, will make you able to resist temptations to errors of a more culpable nature.,
