Fred B. as [illegible] [illegible] him a letter a couple of weeks. Know he will make a grand officer he has that born leadership in him that it takes for a good officer. They are having a U.S.O show at the camp tonight but I dont think Ill go, they are usually quite ordinary but occasionally very good. There is such a crowd it just isnt worth it. Have been going to the soft ball games and enjoying them. Have a busy day tomorrow and the next day two inspections in our [flight?] and we help each other. My Wisconsin [boy?] got back from Furlough today and a California fellow goes tomorrow. Will close for tonight. Love Johnny
