Saving...
a very good show. May try and see it before it leaves. One of my good friends leaves on an emergency furlough this afternoon Has a long ride ahead of him as he goes to Pennsylvania, his uncle passed away I think. Hope his luck is with him and he catches a good car and his train is on time. Got the papers yesterday and read them thru but didnt find a lot of news. Always read the yesterdays and get about as much kick out of them as anything. It was nice B.C. Johnston & Dara Dykins met in Denver didnt know she was a nurse or [Waac?] or whatever she is. Lizzie Warren is going across too I noticed. Yesterday I got my ration money for while I was on furlough. Im sure it cost more to feed me while at home than what I got. Must close will write again tomorrow. Love Johnny
