I had a letter from Milan today, says he likes his flying and had a good visit with his folks tho short. Hope if he does get moved it is to someplace as nice as he is now as he seems to like it very much. If they just dont rush him thru his schooling too fast maybe the worst of this mess will be over before he gets out. It was nice of [Spook?] Grimes to write you, he has had quite a siege of it overseas. Have you heard anything from Bob, Ive never heard from him since he got back, wrote the other day but he probably hasnt received it yet. Havent heard from Jims' or Adeline for a long time but thats nothing to wonder about. Talked to a young fellow who graduated from [Darma?] in 1941 who rather thought he knew Bob. Must turn in soon and get a good nights rest, have a strenuous day tomorrow. Love Johnny
