Mo Valley June 12 1917 My Darling boy I wrote you to day but did not have an envelope to put it in So you ate to much candy Well you musent be a big pig. I bet you had a nice time with Dell Myers he wrote his folks you [illegible] had a swell place he wished he was in [your?] place. I think it will be some time before you go away and think they will be pretty shure that it will be safe. The RR Lodge had a dance last night served ice cream and cake free. I hope your arm is not very sore the physic was all right, it is strange Meg does not write, prehaps you did not address it right.
