March the 12th 62 St Louis Mo Dear father and mother i take my pen in hand to let you know that we are well at present and hope these few lines will find you the same We arrived here last night at 4 PM We are onload the War Eagle for some where i don't exactly know where some says to Cario Paducah Memphis, Nashville Randolph and a good many other places but we will not find out until we land our teams are not all on get and it will be some time before we leave
