Rabbits and Ducks These must be boiled in plenty of water. Serve melted butter & parsley, or onion Sauce with them. This does for either. Boil a rabbit or duck half an hour _____ Pigeons Stuff them with the legs inwards boil them 20 minuites. Server with parsley Butter in boats & Garnish the dish with Brocoli, Spinach, Asparagus or greens. _____ Geese May be boiled an hour, with a little stuffing inside and sewn up. Serve with onion Sauce.
