Saving...
Lake which isn't just a desirable place. The lake is just a dry alkali bed. I'm glad to hear cattle prices are picking up a bit that is always good news. How soon is Bill going to take the calves out of the pasture. Hope they have made a good gain and make us some money. Have Dad + Bill decided whether they will want the pasture again or not. Was sorry to hear about [Lloyds?] tractor wonder if it was his big one or the small one hope he had insurance which covered a loss of that [sort?]. Machinery being so hard to get I wonder if he can find another one. My football is helping my figger I was weighed today and only weighed 236 stripped felt pretty good about it but believe the scale weighed about five pounds light. Think if it had been right after that 60 minutes of ball yesterday it might have been about right. Arent you feeding Pup enough or does the Doc think 150 is about right for him. Must get my hair cut in the morning I made an appointment with [Donnato?] [Donnifrio our little Italian barber tonight. It is fun to hear him talk he never finishes a word his sister is his sist a screw driver a screw drive etc. etc. he talks very rapidly and until you know him it's quite difficult to understand him. Will close for tonight will write again tomorrow. Love Johnny
