Nov. 10. 1943 Pocatello, Idaho Dear Dad + Mom: Just came from the show "[illegible] and [illegible]" in " Crazy House" was so darned silly it wasn't funny tho there were some good things about it. A negro quartet, [illegible] [illegible] orchestra and the girl who had the leading part was a nice singer. Not a total waste of the evening I guess but could have been lots better. So good old [illegible] opened up her winter season don't think the snow will last long tho I remember what a mean storm we had about five years ago. Enjoyed your little clipping about [illegible] in your long Sunday letter. Also had one from Aunt Jennie today. The long letters you write make me kind if ashamed of my one page epistles but bear with me. Play another football game tomorrow with a little luck I think we can win it, sure hope we can anyway, after losing two out luck should change pretty soon. [illegible] have a good [illegible] but the [illegible] [illegible] just [illegible] us out last week [heat?] them 29 to 0. Should have a good crowd because
