Saving...
Dec. 19, 1943 Pocatello, Idaho Dear Dad & Mom: Spitting a few flakes of snow this afternoon and looks stormy again. Has warmed up quite a lot today, has changed to rain and is pelting down quite hard now. I am supposed to get out tomorrow but the way the weather looks I dont know whether I will or not. Got a letter from you and four cards today, one form Hi, Brad, Wife, The Bills, and one of the fellows from my old squadron. Havent sent them cards either I dont have Brads address the card came from Roanoke Va. I having an awful time getting this letter written, most everyone is feeling better and there is lots of excitement around the ward. Most all of them are up and around and full of the dickens. Boy those weather reports sound rough, its plenty early in the season for such cold. How much snow is there on the ground at home? I'll bet that poor nigger was cold down town, was it the pompous old gentleman
