Tomorrow we get paid, have to carry our pay books, shot record and dog tags or we cant get our money. A lot of bunk but typical army. Glad to get it tho under any circumstances. They are having some boxing matches on the field tonight but dont believe Ill go. Still they might be worth seeing. Hauled some sand today to use for cleaning up grease spots on the ramp. Just spread a thin coating over the spot and sweep it up and it picks up the oil pretty well. The mail is getting pretty well back to normal after the Christmas rush. I got your letter today which was mailed the twenty eighth. You folks are pretty well fixed for radio's again aren't you. Im glad you got to see Dean Culbertson has the army put any meat on him. How many bonds have I from the allottment I have here. I should buy one every three months. Just wondered if they are coming thru. I started this in July a year ago. Thanks again a heap for that Christmas bond. Love Johnny
