June.2.'44 Dear Dave: Thanks very much for the Scuttlebutt, they are certainly enjoyed. I believe to the boys in service, it can well be termed "An Added Feature from The Home Front." Everyone keeping with it is doing a fine job. I have been bouncing around like an "Indian Rubber Ball", as the saying goes, of course with this war it might be a different kind of rubber. One of your efforts finally reached me 2 days ago after tagging me from 3 other fields. Right now I am somewhere on teh Gulf Coast with my A.P.O. address, so feel now like I can give you an address that will last more than a few days to a few weeks.
