giving Japan proper. I just received a clipping mentioning that Dean Cox and Bob Kysen are missing. I'm afraid the old home town is going to be hit pretty badly before this thing is over. I only pray that there aren't too many more and that the ones we have had reported missing are prisoners and not dead. We are really living nice over here now and it gets better as we go along. They just finished improving our theatre and I am told even better improvements are on the way. Canteen supplies are getting more plentiful and everything in general is o.k. Just about the time we get everything the way we want it we will move away, I suppose. That's the way it always works. Well, I warned you this wasn't going to be a very long letter.
