Saving...
killed + only 4 of them have been recognized. A lot of wounded have been brought to Stoneman. Cities 50 miles away were effected. Here most of the business places have no windows left. By the way Ed is no longer a "shavetail," they finally came thro' with these silver [illegible]. [See?] by a clipping [where?] [illegible] [illegible] is doing ok. Washington is really [represented?] everyplace, or at least just about everyplace. Well Dave tho't one of us had better send off a letter p.d.q. to let you know we do appreciate your weekly letter. Thanks a million for it. Give my regard to Mabel. Sincerely, Nelle, Ed and Tommy Brown P.S. Our son has really grown. He crawls every place + stands up also. Of course we think this is quite remarkable for a 6 1/2 month old baby. N.
