26 April 1944 Dear Dave: Just a word or two in appreciation of my receiving the World regularly. That was up until I left England last fall, just last week the November issue caught up with me. Down here where we have the English, American, New Zealand, Indian, Canadian it's quite a spot. To write more would a breach of censor regulations. It's really a lovely day, if you raise ducks. Have established myself in my (lorrie?) and following Cliff [Wist's?] suggestion thought I'd drop you a line. Believe I'm the only Canadian [illegible] man in these parts, Craig Kelly having returned to England last fall due to illness after spending over 4 months in this area. Our work continues to expand.
