Oct 30, 1944 Italy Hello Dave, Am still receiving the Scuttlebutt regular. I want to thank again, you & everyone else who helps to make it possible for us to receive this paper. I get it & read it & then I pass it around thru my platoon & the boys all read it; although some of them are from New York & a lot of places in the states they all seem to enjoy it, some say it reminds them of home. I’ve had several boys to ask me how much I have to pay for it. It sure is a great moral factor. As you can see by my address I’m still in the Inf. We’ve had some tough
