Nov. 19, 44 England Hello Dave, I am still here in England but have changed hospitals about five times. Am feeling fine and hope to get out soon. Just left Bob Lane at the last hospital & he was preparing for the trip to the states. I have followed George Brock from Hospital to Hospital and found him here at this one today. Just returned from his ward with two Scuttlebutts. They sure are good to get as mine has never caught up to me yet. War news looks very good at this time and I hope it continues that way. I see in Scuttlebutt where some of the boys are going through the Parachute school. I wish they could have talked to a trooper who has jumped in Holland and Normandy. I'll bet they would have changed their minds. The boots & wings look good in the states but when you jump behind the lines the picture is different. While here at the hospital
