Nov. 26, 1944 Sabbath afternoon Dear Sir. I just wanted to write you a few lines & tell you that my address has been changed again. We got down here to Harlingen for gunnery school Monday the 20th. I got a Scuttlebut yesterday. I really do enjoy it. I would like to ask Milo Sorden about his chickens. He really has some hens there when they lay hard boiled eggs. You don't want to do that too much & let him find it or he may think he is going nuts when he gets a hard boiled egg. When I get through here I am supposed to go to advanced bombardiering. But I imagine we will sit around here for four or five weeks waiting for a shipment. Since the bombardiering schools are all filled up. I never figured 14 months ago that I wouldn't be any further along in this training. I thought also that I would get home in six or seven months. But here it is
