Has anyone any late dope on Gerry Carris? I would certainly like to know what happened. Thought maybe you might have some late word on him. My work here continues as always but indications point to a change sometime in the future, but when no one seems to know. One of my instructors had a student who was in Iceland at the time Bob Shannon crashed up there. Said he remembered Bobs name. Also said if his plane had been about 150 feet to the left of the mountain they would have been O.K. Thought it interesting to meet someone who was close at hand when the accident occurred. Well I've rambled here and probably told you no news, but I did want you to know I appreciate your effort in getting out Scuttlebutt. Give my regards to the Journal Gang. As Ever Tuck [Capt. C.E.
