Well Mary I have nothing of any importance to write we are stil at Montgomery and don't know when we shall leave here I think as we are vets we will be kept to the last. The Attica boys are all well and we have a fine time here a burning in Alabama river and lazing around here and anthing up all sorts of mischief now I have wrote all I can think of so you must excuse this poor got up letter and pleas write soon and oblige Your Brother I Remain yours as Ever Thomas J.
