Saving...
Two more young women from Boyden, Iowa, are ready to sign up, have already made apointments (sic) with the Dr. for physical exames (sic). Being we are so short of blanks they must wait until I receive them. We have extended our campaign, Miss Carlson suggesting it on account of the blanks arriving so late. Nevertheless they want to be ... as having enrolled at the first dates set. Only having a few more days to the 11th of Aug. the other blanks may arrive, later than that date, so they ask me to make mentions of this and send in their names. They want to be real patriots. Good for them. Their names are: Miss Henrietta Hoffland Boyden, Iowa and Miss Maud Jackson Boyden, Iowa.
