Dear Mrs Whitley: Mrs Junkin says she had reported to you [so] I will not repeat it. Mrs Williams says the work in Mills is going nicely. They have sent in 600 cards - have 200 more ready and expect to close their campaign with 3000 signers. [Pottowattam] has sent in 1080 signed cards - I have 100 more here but only have collected about a fourth of [Colbuffo] Territory and have only had cards from 2 townships. Mrs Booth of Shelby is working hard but does not say how many cards she has in but she has 10 [minutes] organized an of 8 [trop] working with [chaimiam]. Will report the other counties as they report to me. Sincerely, Hora W. Saunders Mrs. C.G Saunders Councill Bluffs 9th [elect] Chairman
