Dec. 4 [1944] Dear Sir: Just a line from a friend. I don't know if you will remember me or not but they say some people never forget a peck's bad boy. Yes it is just old Buzz Richardson. I have a favor too ask of you. As you know I have several brothers & my youngest brother Bruce is now our Hero. He was wounded in France Sept 16 & received the Purple Heart then was a week or so ago awarded the Bronze Star for valorous conduct in action. I sure would appreciate you maybe
