Usually we sleep as late as we can ignore the rest, then eat at a Post Exchange. We are the first in line at mess, sleep most of the afternoon, and eat early again. Then we often go to an early movie and to bed after a gossip session or a game or so of cards. Just often enough we have a good brisk drill, which I like a lot more now that I know what they are trying to do. Did I tell you that Lucille Johnson, one of the roommates, was in the Dental Clinic at Iowa City for several years & knows Schlambusches, etc.? She also knows Grace & Esther Dyke, & their parents. Nap time now. Love, Helen P.S. Do you like knit slips, or were those the kind you didn't want? I've seen some pretty ones & might send you one if you want it.
