Saving...
and the bird looked very contented. They are beautiful, snowy white and grey and black. The full grown males have a spot of red on each side by the beak. Their feet are webbed, and don't look big enough for them. Then we watched a shepherd, complete with pipe like a flute, and his three dogs gather the sheep and lambs on the hill and drive them to the sheepfold. The lambs are all over, and so cute. Johnnie & Lucy and Claire Hervert (from Iowa City) and I were going for a nice day's trip tomorrow but will have to postpone it a day. We're going to explore old buildings, walls; etc. Joyce and Linden are off for a conference, but will be back soon. I like my bicycle a lot. Practice riding the one in the attic & when I come back we'll take trips. Love, Helen
