Give Mrs. Smith my love. I'm glad you are seeing her more, as I always liked her. Too bad Isabelle is so remiss in her correspondence. What old blue hat are you having flowers put on? That's one thing that isn't worrying me this spring. Every few minutes I hop up and look out the window. The sky is alive with planes most of the time and they interest me. What a paradise for the Harshbargers. I hope you can go to a Tri Delt dinner with Edna. She looks nice. Besides the letters from you I had ones from Betty W., Laura Stecher, Harriet, Gertrude Bruns, Grace Stribley, & Roberta. I hope I can keep up my correspondence. From the sound of things we will be dropped into the middle of an already going concern and will be in work up to our eye-brows. It is a real plum, and I hope we will be worthy of it.
