U.S. Army Air Forces Gunter Field, Ala. 19 June 1945 Dear Mr.Elder, Thought I'd better let you know that I have changed addresses, you know that I don't wanta miss out on any Scuttlebutts. Right now I'm in a Pilot Pool -yes- just lying around. We get enough time for our flying pay and of course P.T. three times a week. The rest of our time we spend at the officer's Club Swimming Pool, - just like a Country Club. Here's my address. F/O Wm. P. Harvey T-69031 Headquarters Box 1159 Gunter Field, Ala. Thanks again.
