-2- the other hand, it could be worse. I have hope that my wife at least will be able to join me as soon as we move to our occupational field. I saw Dean [Battenon?] yesterday - quite a surprize. We had a good chat and talked about Washington and people and how good it would be to be back there. Incidently Dean will probably be on his way shortly. I'll see him again before he leaves. Speaking of fellows from home - ran into Bill [Edmonson?] on a street in [Liege?] while I was there on a pass. That also was a surprize. Bill should be able to wrangle a discharge with all his points. Hope he gets what he wants. Scuttlebutts are coming right along now - and I really appreciate reading them.
