whole co is in this one building and there is room for 3 or 4 more Co's. We have our mules in the basement and it is all decorated by french troops that have been here and left of course it is lousy but if it wasn't it soon would be any how. There is a lake just a little ways from here and a stream runs just a little ways behind our palace. The window's are all broken ant so it is well ventilated. no mail or pay yet. It is just beginning to warm up a little here and it is getting muddy as the dickens Winter has just nicely started though and we are expecting another cold spell. I have never need that
