My temporary duties are that of a chaplin without crosses. I'm a Special Services officer working in the separation center here helping these grand vets get some of their many troubles straightened out. We do anything & everything, from explaining the "G.I. Bill" to getting mens clothes press. This "GI Bill" is really something believe me & the Vets Admin is another good thing. But the boys are down on these Strikes and some are really quite bitter about it. Its too bad too that they are going out of the service with that attitude toward many civil workers. But the workers have brought it on themselves and I only hope that something really big doesnt come out of it - yours Sincerely Lt. Wayne Simmerman [Lt. W.A. Simmerman]
