and the swell Scuttlebutt staff and the biseness concerns at home that made it possible for myself and the many other Washington guys & gals to get your much appriciated Scuttlebutt. Ive enjoyed everyone I've received and will sure miss receiving them. So you receiving this letter scratch out my name and I hope it's not long until I'll be up to pay you a visit and give you a hand on a drip or two. You know Dave, I've found these resent Scuttlebutts much better than your latter ones. Now its So & So is now being seen in civis and not the other way around. This is much better news. I hope all the fellows will be back home soon. Well Dave this isn't much of a letter but I'm hoping it will do. So I'll close and say thanks a million for your time and effort you put in in making the Scuttlebutt
