Saving...
absorb all the vitamins I can. Got that Des Moines paper also, enjoyed that, what did you do mail it to me or send them an envelope. Does it come out every month or how often. Was glad to get your good letters, the air mail ones especially, seems like the V-mail is so short but I know I have trouble finding enough to write about to fill one of them. Sorry to hear about Mr. Mc Donoughs death. Please don't be too disgusted with me if I don't seem to write very often or they are kind of brief. Expect I'll soon have to start writing V-mails as my onion skin paper is about run out and so far I have been unable to get any. When I get clippings from the Des Moines paper I usually pass them on to some of the other Iowa boys in my outfit. Im run down for tonight, hope yu have received some letters from me by now and know approximately where I am - Love Johnny
