day on his way to the office. He would have enjoyed writing up the unseasonal fall of snow on May fifth and how belated the corn was going to be this year in his paper. There is to be a movie here tonight but Ive seen it once and its not good enough to see again. A Mickey Rooney one and I'm not too keep about him. Our new service club will soon be ready to occupy the rafters are going up and as it will have a tile roof there shouldn't be such a long wait. The interior shouldn't take long to complete as it will be rather plain. We have lights from a portable generator so we're regular aristocrats. Must close for tonight and try and get a couple more letters written. Love Johnny
