for it. You see, Fred that I am not trying to discourage your going there but if you went now, you would be only nineteen when you graduated and that is entirely to young for an officer. Wait a couple of years Fred and then we kids will be in a position to help you thru. For you would have a mighty hard time getting along on two bits a week. Did you take that job in Kabaker's? Dont hardly suppose you could and go to school Saturday's. That Saturday school hits athletics I should think. Are you playing much basketball this winter. How are all the fellows. Our sixteen weeks of intensive training were over the 12th of this month. Until the 23rd of this month we're going to have a sort of rest. Only have four hours of drill every day now until that time. And that is not really drill. We play games. This morning we went out to the polo grounds and played soccer. Its lots of fun only my shins are kinda sore tonight. We play other
