(I suppose) were sent to the 323rd M.G. B'n. So it was sent there and as there was nobody by that name in the battalion it was sent to the Central Post Office at Tours where all undelivered mail goes. There they had my former address and my present one which I sent to them immediately after we were assigned to this Battalion. So I finally got the letter. I am on guard today. And am glad of it for the Battalion went out on a big manouver early this morning. And our company isn't back yet. I guess they had about 20 miles to cover so that they will not be back before dark. Guard
