Saving...
almost two hours Wednesday evening in the club after we'd listened to some classical music. He is nice. Then the Saturday before while he was inspecting formally, he visited about ten minutes about Grace & Jim in the doorway to the craft shop, while his followers shuffled from foot to foot. Tonight I went over to the party at the club for a while. We had an orchestra and the Duchess of Marleborough & her two blonde & willowy daughters as the attraction. Jay had a couple of home friends who are in the air corps who came to see her so I visited with them awhile. Apparently your mouth is O.K. again. Isn't it a miserable feeling when it peels? Mrs. Easter (one of my volunteers) brought me an egg today. I'm going to have it in a little. I'm glad you've gotten acquainted with the ration people. Love, & thanks for the very nice package. Helen
