We've had two or three rainy, chilly days, but today it cleared and is warmer. The interlude was nicely timed as I didn't care particularly to bicycle anyway. How nice that the Ration Board likes you enough for a full time job. Now you can support me in my declining years! I'm glad you got to visit the big farm we had noticed so many times. It did look attractive. Yes, the Army Hour is still here. Lt Broadbent I know quite well, and like. She was sick for a week or so and I visited her and took her things to do. It's so nice that you know the Smiths better now. I always felt you'd like them a lot. I liked them both way back in Tri-Delt days. Frank is a dear; I hope Issy appreciates him. Rumors keep getting thicker & thicker about our going, so I think it will be well for me to get the package off in the next two or three weeks. Love Helen
