Saving...
know whether or not he has. He was pleased with our set-up and said he'd tell you about it. No, I wasn't in the Retreat picture. I seldom make it as I'm in the shop till almost 5. I'm going to try tomorrow, as I like it. Saturday night I'm going to a dance at the Officers Rest HOme near here. Air Corps, I presume. The plants around the office are tomatos, those on each side of the walk are lavender & the other one mixed dahlias, asters, etc. My vegetable garden is way over here by our dormitory block. I'm glad the Tri-Delts did so well. We're sending to Washington for some new clothes. I'm getting another light suit, raincoat & hat cover. I'm especially glad to be here now that schools are in full swing, although I've loved it even during "vacation" time. Yes, the girls are very nice looking. Gen's hair is golden and Joyce's black. I'm having my hair set Saturday morning for my trip. Love, Helen P.S. I'll write once more before the trip & then there'll be a weeks lapse, as I'll not write from there.
