Saving...
(Along margin - Helena Maria Asunta Ciancimino, our Staff Aide (ARC))Incidentally, she'd like to apply for adoption by you, as she has no mother, and has decided she likes you. She is a rare character, and lots of fun. One of her middle names is Asunta, and in a weak moment she told me that her brothers used to call her Assie sometimes. I content myself with calling her Asunta when I feel that way. She understands me well, as we have the same kind of humor. I still have quite a lot of vitamins, so just take a double dose for the time being. We got lots more leather and wool this week, so I'm cutting out wallets and gloves galore. They are making some swell gloves. I heard from Grace Stribley, Harriet and Hattie yesterday. Harriet sent a cute picture of Pam. I won't write now till I get back, about the 2nd of October, I presume, but you'll know it's because I couldn't mail it if I did write. No A.P.O. available, you see. Love, Helen
