Saving...
will be around long, as they are scheduled for occupation patrol work. More than ever, it seems, a person's social life is on a day to day basis. You enjoy what you have and don't become too attached. Tomorrow, the weather permitting, Naomi and I are finally going on our airplane trip. We are a bit relieved that we don't have to make plans for the 4th, although we'll probably have plenty to do with the club and detachment dances. It's nice now because our enlisted men, officers and nurses are coming in to the shop now to work. I'm glad we have good leather to work with. The conversation is getting lively now. I'll let you know as soon as I have an inkling of any move. Just keep writing here, though, as it will reach me in any case. Love, Helen P.S. Could you send me some Revelon polish, cherry-coke color?
