what we'll be sent to do. We may stay with the unit and go eventually to Reims to stage before they go home. There is an outside chance we might go home with them, but we would all choose not to because we don't feel we are through here yet. There is such a need in Germany. We may be sent out individually or in combinations to new assignments here on the continent. Or we may be sent the same way to the Pacific. So, you see, we can't do much planning If I am around a staging area and can, I think I'll take a week's leave and go to the Riviera or Paris. Sunday night Ester and I went to the detachment dance. Everyone was beginning to get a little high, so Joe Trudgeon brought me home about eleven.
