Ciney Belgium July 3, 1945 Dear Mother, I trust you have no complaints on this week's output of letters. It seems as though I have pictures to send or a letter to answer every day. By the way, I mailed a huge stack of photos to you a couple of days ago. They were all the ones I had accumulated through the month. I hope you like them. I got your number 66 today. How perfectly lovely that you have such nice berries (in margin - She sold quarts to Co-op after friends had all they could use.) and so many of them! They were wonderful around here, too, and so were, and are, the cherries. We get them whenever we go to Namur, Liege or even take a walk through our own little town. We are going over to the club for a classical concert in a few minutes. One of the officers is singing and one of the detachment men is playing the
