So in a matter of two hours I cleared for the Pacific and leave tomorrow morning to go to the 130th and sail home with them. I'll have a month at home before I go on, so put out the welcome mat and don't bust a blood vessel. It should be along the last of August or the first of Sept. I'll have to go to Fort Meade, Maryland and Washington first & then home and then on to a Pacific coast staging area. In a way I hate to leave here, but it struck me all of a sudden that it was high time I had a visit at home. Okay with you? This way I'll avoid lots of the waiting around people usually have.
