real good corn since we have been here although we raised good potatoes up on the hill last year and wheat was good down where the house is it is lower and we [don't have?] any trouble raising stuff down here we had a good garden this year sold quite a lot of stuff out of it. we sold four bushels of tomatoes they ripened real early and sold well we got 80 ct a bus for the first ones 50 cts afterwards. We traded a bus. to Mrs. Huff for plums the plums are not quite ripe yet they have a good many but not so many as last year she says. I was up there not long ago. I hadent been there since you and Mrs. Shoemaker and I was there and Shoemakers were there on the Sunday before I was there in the week for the first time since then so you can see how much we visit.
