and was so sure of it he got Eph to show him how to handle the grader he said he expected to run it the next two years and when election came they put up [Hiram?] Phillips against Huff and Hiram got it and Eph says all that work was thrown away. he is crazy to get that office and can't get it aint it too bad. we would like to come out and see you all this winter but it seems as though we have more to do than we ever had feeding the cattle makes lots to do besides the other chores we will have them till April to feed we did milk 7 cows this fall but be put 4 in the feeding and to fatten them now
