was full father looked very natural but awfull poor I expect it is very lonesome at home now It wont seem like home now like before i went every week or two when father was well and he was always so glad to see me my baby sits alone on the floor the children think he is nice our oats are good and potatoes fair but corn is very poor it was very dry so long but we are getting nice showers now I cant think of any thing more this time Please write soon goo[d bye?] from Mary
