there wasent much news except I seen where a fellow I used to know at the Waterloo Business College had been arrested for robbery. and there was a little Fairbank news and I see where Earl Sprack had sent home a German Gas mask helmet and ect. The German prisoners think the Americans are all right but they don't like the French and English. when I was on Guard over those prisoners in the Hospital. One of them patted me on the back and says American Guard good French Guard and he waved his hand to show he hated the French and I just thought to myself if your American
