Saving...
"Yolanda & the Thief." Very weak plot, but quite pretty in spots. Tomorrow I'm going to take my footlocker, bedroll & suitcase to the station & check them for storage, taking just my revised nursette bag & knitting bag with me. I have a change in Richmond & I don't want so much to carry. The town near Langley Field is Hampton. They are very anxious for me not to regard the work there as any sort of training and say it is just because they need help and it is a nice place to stay while the group gathers. I'm out of my room as much as I can be because my roommate (1) has a cold (2) is from Georgia (3) talks an arm off me in a whiny voice (4) is very tense, very sure the whole world is fooling us poor "Amurricans." Damn! I wish they had seceded. And they can take Texas too! Love, Helen
